摘 要:为实现在充电期间更精准地监控充电器,缩短充电时间并达到电池的最大容量。本设计针对电池的充放电效率进行机理分析,采用PWM控制的开关电池充电模式,在充电不足及低效充电等方面实现了突破。本设计基于MEGA128芯片进行设计,其核心部分在于充电电池的电压和电流采样模块及充放电电路的设计,从而实现全面检测电池的充电过程。在确保充电效果的前提下,实现智慧充电和实时监测电池工作状态功能,完成预充电、快充电和涓流充电。To achieves more accurate monitoring of the charger in the charging process,shorten the charging time,and achieve the maximum battery capacity,this paper performs a mechanism analysis of the charge and discharge efficiency of the battery,employs a PWM-controlled switching battery charging mode,which addresses the drawbacks of under charging and low-efficiency charging.This design is based on the MEGA128 chip.The designs of the voltage and current sampling module of the charging battery as well as the charging and discharging circuit are the fundamental components of the design,which realizes comprehensive detection of the charging process of the battery.Under the premise of ensuring the charging effect,the functions of intelligent charging and real-time monitoring of battery working status are realized,and pre-charging,fast charging and trickle charging are completed.
