摘　　要：事业单位的行政管理工作是事业单位日常工作中的重要组成部分。当前,我国社会的发展速度迅猛,竞争压力相对较大,此时,事业单位的行政管理工作质量愈发重要,若行政管理工作不到位,必然会影响事业单位的未来发展。因此,有关部门的工作人员应选择适宜的管理模式,加大行政管理工作的电子信息化建设,以提高行政管理工作质量。The administrative management of public service units is an important part of the daily work of public service units.At present,the development speed of China’s society is rapid,and the competition pressure is relatively large.At this time,the quality of the administrative management work of public service units becomes more important.If the administrative management work is not in place,it will inevitably affect the future development of public service units.Therefore,the staff of the relevant departments should choose the appropriate management mode,increase the electronic informatization construction of the administrative management work,so as to improve the quality of the administrative management work.
