摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略下,对乡村住宅建设提出更好的要求,应当建设舒适、环保的农村住房环境,改善以往脏乱差等现状,推动新农村发展进程。鉴于此,本文主要结合当前乡村住宅建设现状,从整体规划管理、资源利用、住宅设计等角度出发,分析现存问题和不足,以此提出有效的解决措施,如合理开展整体规划、高效利用土地资源、做好乡村住宅改良设计等,进一步推动乡村住宅建设水平提高,有效推动乡村振兴战略的实施。Under the rural revitalization strategy,better requirements are put forward for rural housing construction,and a comfortable and environmentally friendly rural housing environment should be built to improve the current situation of dirty and poor environment,and promote the process of new rural development.In view of this condition,this paper mainly analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings from the perspectives of overall planning management,resource utilization and residential design based on the current situation of rural housing construction,so as to propose effective solutions,such as rational overall planning,efficient use of land resources,and rural housing improvement design,etc.,which further promote the improvement of rural housing construction and effectively promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
