摘 要:当前,我国引调水工程正处于蓬勃发展时期,合理选择输水管材关系到整个工程的经济性和可靠性。由于引调水工程输水规模巨大,且通常都是长距离,往往需要采用大口径输水管材。目前,我国生产使用的大口径输水管材主要有球墨铸铁管(DIP)、钢管(SP)、预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)、玻璃钢夹砂管(FRPM)。上述四种输水管材所使用的材料,加工工艺各有不同。本文将围绕上述四种管材,分别分析其主要特性以及优缺点,为类似工程管材的选用提供参考。At present,China’s water diversion project is in a period of vigorous development.The reasonable selection of water delivery pipes is related to the economy and reliability of the whole project.Due to the large scale and long distance of water delivery in water diversion projects,large diameter water delivery pipes are often needed.At present,the large diameter water delivery pipes produced and used in China mainly include nodular cast iron pipe(DIP),steel pipe(SP),prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipe(PCCP)and fiberglass reinforced plastic mortar pipe(FRPM).The materials and processing technologies used in the above four kinds of water delivery pipes are different.This paper will analyze the main characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the above four kinds of pipes,so as to provide reference for the selection of pipes in similar projects.
