摘 要:在SolidWorks中建立平板式半挂车车架的三维模型。使用HyperMesh对该几何模型进行二次优化处理和整体网格划分,得到车架有限元模型后导入ANSYS。运用有限元法分析了平板式半挂车车架在弯曲工况下的结构性能,在此结果上提取了车架的前8阶模态与振型,并进行了完全法谐响应分析。静力学分析结果表明,车架结构在弯曲工况下的力学性能满足要求;结构动力学分析结果表明,车辆正常行驶时车架不会产生共振现象并找出了车架振动的主要频率和主要的振动部位。分析结果为后续车架的动态响应分析与优化提供参考。The three-dimensional model of flat semi-trailer frame was established in SolidWorks software.HyperMesh was used for secondary optimization and overall mesh partitioning of the geometric model.The frame finite element model was obtained and imported into ANSYS.Finite element method was used to analyze the structural performance of the semi-trailer frame under bending conditions,and the first eight modes and modes of the frame were extracted from the results,and the full method harmonic response was analyzed.The results of statics analysis show that the mechanical properties of the frame structure meet the requirements under bending conditions.The results of structural dynamics analysis show that there is no resonance of the frame when the vehicle is running normally,and the main frequency and vibration part of the frame are found out.The results provide a theoretical reference for the subsequent dynamic response analysis and optimization of the frame.
