摘  要:提出一种改进的自适应互补集合经验模态分解(CEEMD)方法。针对目前互补集合模态分解方法中人为选择无法精准获取白噪声幅值系数、平均次数的问题,通过引入相关系数、相对均方根误差准则,自适应获取白噪声幅值系数和平均次数,使信号分解质量显著提高。采用CEEMD方法对4缸4冲程柴油机气缸振动信号进行分解,提取包含故障特征的分量,采用希尔伯特时频分析并结合试验,诊断出柴油机怠速异响是由于活塞在压缩行程敲缸导致的。An improved adaptive complementary set empirical mode decomposition(CEEMD)method is proposed.Aiming at the problem that the current complementary set modal decomposition method cannot accurately obtain the white noise amplitude coefficient and average times,the correlation coefficient and relative root mean square error criterion are introduced to adaptively obtain the white noise amplitude coefficient and average times.The signal decomposition quality is significantly improved.The CEEMD method is used to decompose the cylinder vibration signal of a 4-cylinder 4-stroke diesel engine,and the components containing the fault characteristics are extracted.Using the Hilbert time-frequency analysis and combined with the test,it is diagnosed that the abnormal idle noise of the diesel engine is caused by the piston knocking the cylinder during the compression stroke.
