摘  要:阐述了常用温度传感器及检测方法,对Pt100铂电阻的阻值-温度特性进行分析,设计了精度高、成本低的Pt100铂电阻三线制桥式检测电路;针对铂电阻阻值-温度曲线的非线性特征,采用分段式最小二乘法实现了线性拟合,减少随机干扰等因素的影响。结果表明,检测电路最大测温误差±0.13℃,满足测温要求且具有良好经济性。This paper expounds the common temperature sensor and detection methods,analyzes the resistance-temperature characteristics of Pt100 platinum resistance,designs a high-precision,low-cost Pt100 platinum resistance three-wire bridge detection circuit;and for the nonlinear characteristics of platinum resistance value-temperature curve,the segmented least squares method is used to achieve linear fitting,reducing the influence of random interference and other factors.The results show that the maximum temperature measurement error is±0.13°C,which meets the temperature measurement requirements and has good economy.
