摘  要:建立了切削加工时刀具——切屑的接触模型,对刀具在切削中的受力情况进行分析,研究坑槽型刀具的断屑特性。研究了微织构刀具的二次切削,以坑槽型刀具为研究对象,分析切屑与微织构刀具接触的阶段,研究坑槽型刀具的断屑机理,并将刀屑的接触和分离分为4个阶段。The model of tool chip contact during cutting is established,the stress of the tool in cutting is analyzed,and the chip breaking characteristics of the pit type tool are studied.The secondary cutting of micro textured tool is studied.Taking the pit type tool as the research object,the contact stage between chip and micro textured tool is analyzed,the chip breaking pole of pit type tool is studied,and the contact and separation of chip are divided into four stages.
