摘　　要：当前,以数字化、网络化、智能化为核心特点的新技术发展和信息产业革命,正在蓬勃崛起。智慧园区的建设发展已经步入全新的历史阶段,通过深入了解智慧园区建设与发展的新特征和趋势,运用5G、AI、云计算、新一代人工智能、物联网、AR/VR等新兴信息技术,形成全新5G智慧园区经营管理方案,建立统一的智能管理管控平台(IOC),建立园区经营管理的创新模型,催生园区发展新动力,形成园区竞争创新优势。Today,with the development of new technologies and the revolution of the information industry.The construction and development of smart parks have entered a new historical stage.Through in-depth understanding of the new characteristics and trends of smart park construction and development,and using 5G,AI,cloud computing,the new generation of artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things,AR/VR and other emerging information technologies,a new 5G smart park operation and management solution has been formed.Using the new platform(IOC)to build an innovative model of park operation and management.A new driving force for the development of the park has been generated,form the competitive and innovative advantages of the park.
