摘　　要：为改善我国当下教师支教管理的非一体化现状,推动教师支教的全流程管理,设计偏远地区教师支教管理平台,支持管理员、偏远地区学校、志愿教师三类权限,满足学校在线提交支教岗位,志愿教师在线查看支教岗位,并提交岗位申请,管理员审核岗位申请,教师分享支教心得体会的功能需要,实现教师支教工作的全过程跟踪管理。To improve the current non integrated situation of teacher support management in China,promote the whole process management of teacher support,design a teacher support management platform for remote areas,supports three types of permissions:Administrators,remote schools,and volunteer teachers,to meet the functional needs of online submission of teaching positions by schools,online viewing of teaching positions by volunteer teachers,submission of job applications,review of job applications by administrators,and sharing of teaching experiences by teachers,achieving full process tracking and management of teacher support work.
