储料罐清洗消毒效果验证方法的研究

摘　　要：目的:本文通过研究化学消毒液对储料罐消毒效果,验证清洗消毒储料罐的最佳消毒剂量,保证消毒方法有效,避免不同品种的物料交叉污染以及保证系统正常运行。方法:采用304不锈钢储料罐同样材料为载体,选枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、巴西曲霉、白色念珠菌为试验菌种代表进行擦拭法的擦拭率回收验证实验。再将菌液直接加入储料罐中,进行清洗消毒,找出最佳消毒剂量。结果:应用在500 kg储料罐中,当75%酒精喷洒量为300 mL时,仍有微生物生长的情况,当75%酒精喷洒量为400 mL和500 mL时,能有效地杀灭微生物。结论:喷洒量为400 mL 75%酒精消毒液为储料罐的消毒最佳剂量。Objective:This article will study the effect of chemical disinfectant on the disinfection of storage tanks,verifying the optimal disinfection dose for cleaning and disinfection storage tanks,and ensuring the effectiveness of disinfection methods.Avoid cross-contamination of materials of different varieties and ensure the normal operation of the system.Methods:The same material of the 304 stainless steel storage tank was used as the carrier.Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus,E.coli,Aspergillus Brazil,and Candida albicans were selected as the representatives of the test bacteria.Then add the bacterial solution directly to the storage tank for cleaning and disinfection to find the best disinfection dose.Results:It was applied in a 500 kg storage tank.When 75%alcohol spraying was 300 mL,microbial growth was still there.When 75%alcohol sprayed at 400 mL and 500 mL,it could effectively kill microorganisms.Conclusion:The spraying amount is 400 mL 75%alcohol disinfectant is the optimal dose for disinfection of the storage tank.
