摘  要:介绍了氮中二氧化硫气体标准物质的研制方法。按照GB/T5274.1-2018《气体分析校准用混合气体的制备称量法》中规定的方法[1]制备出氮中二氧化硫气体标准物质并计算定值,采用德国ABB红外光谱仪对制备的气体标准物质的均匀性和稳定性进行了考察。将所研制的气体标准物质送至中国计量科学研究院进行了分析比对验证,比对结果良好,确保所研制的气体标准物质量值的准确性与可靠性。结果表明,所研制的氮中二氧化硫气体标准物质浓度为5.00×10^(-6)~0.300×10^(-2)(mol/mol),相对扩展不确定度为1.5%,贮存有效期为12个月,达到预期研制目标,标准物质的特性量值已达到国内所研制的同类标准物质的性能指标,均匀性和稳定性的考察结果均符合国家二级标准物质的技术规范要求[12]。The development method of sulfur dioxide gas in nitrogen is introduced.The sulfur dioxide gas standard substance in nitrogen was prepared and calculated at the fixed value according to the GB/T5274.1-2018 stipulated in the gas analysis and calibration method,the method[1],and the uniformity and stability of the prepared gas standard material were investigated by using the German ABB infrared spectrometer.The developed gas standard material was sent to the Chinese Institute of Metrology for analysis and comparison and verification,and the comparison results were good to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the developed gas standard material value.The results show that the concentration of sulfur dioxide gas in the developed nitrogen is 5.00×10^(-6)~0.300×10^(-2)(mol/mol),the relative expansion uncertainty is 1.5%,the storage period is 12 months,reach the expected development target,the characteristic value of the standard substance has reached the performance index of the similar standard material developed in China,the uniformity and stability results meet the technical specification of the national secondary standard material[12].
