摘 要:超临界CO_(2)萃取天然产物活性物质,是一种以超临界状态下的CO_(2)作为萃取剂的新型萃取技术。超临界状态下的CO_(2)具有温度低、表面张力低、选择性高、扩散能力高、提取率高、无残留的特点,契合了萃取天然产物过程中的不宜使用高温,容易被有机溶剂污染破坏、回收率低,难纯化的特点。本文论述了以SC-CO_(2)技术萃取天然产物活性物质的原理和提高萃取率的技术方法,以及SC-CO_(2)技术萃取的一些常见的天然产物的研究。Supercritical CO_(2) extraction of natural product active substances is a new extraction technology that uses CO_(2) in the supercritical state as the extractant.CO_(2) in the supercritical state has the characteristics of low temperature,low surface tension,high selectivity,high diffusion ability,high extraction rate,and no residue,which fits the characteristics of not using high temperature,easy to be contaminated and destroyed by organic solvents,low recovery rate,and difficult to purify in the process of extracting natural products.This article discusses the principle of using SC-CO_(2) technology to extract active substances from natural products and the technical methods for improving extraction efficiency,as well as the research on some common natural products extracted by SC-CO_(2) technology.
