摘 要:乏燃料后处理厂PUREX萃取流程中使用大量的有机溶剂。这些溶剂在运行过程中会发生部分降解,生成的降解产物影响萃取效果,一段时间后需进行净化处理。精馏可以分离其中的放射性核素和降解产物,回收绝大部分的有机溶剂,是回收废有机溶剂的有效措施。本文对国内外乏燃料后处理厂溶剂精馏工艺进行对比分析,给出各工艺的优缺点,为我国溶剂精馏工艺的优化提供思路。Large amount of organic solvent is used in the PUREX extraction process of spent fuel reprocessing plants.Some degrades during the operation,and the degradation products can affect the extraction.This part of solvent needs to be purified.Distillation can separate the radionuclides and degradation products,and recycle most of the organic solvent.As a result,solvent distillation is an effective measure to recover waste organic solvent.This paper compares and analyzes the solvent distillation process of spent fuel reprocessing plants at home and abroad,lists the advantages and disadvantages,to provide ideas for the optimization of the solvent distillation process in our country.
