摘 要:目的:评价TalonSmart玻色因对中波紫外线(UltravioletradiationB,UVB)诱导氧化损伤后的人永生化表皮角质形成细胞(Human immortalized keratinocytes,HaCaT)的保护作用。方法:通过UVB辐照HaCaT细胞,构建HaCaT细胞UVB氧化损伤模型,使用Elisa试剂盒检测紫外损伤及药物干预后各组细胞内活性氧(Reactiveoxygenspecies,ROS)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)和过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)活性。结果:Talon Smart玻色因可以显著提高UVB诱导氧化应激的HaCaT细胞的活力,降低ROS含量,提高SOD和CAT的活性。结论:Talon Smart玻色因可以通过增强细胞的抗氧化应激能力而减少紫外损伤,对UVB诱导氧化应激的HaCaT细胞有较好的保护作用。Objective:To evaluate the protective effect of Talon Smart Pro-Xylane on human immortalized epidermal keratinocytes(HaCaT)after oxidative damage induced by ultraviolet B(UVB).Methods:HaCaT cells were irradiated with UVB to establish a model of UVB oxidative damage.The content of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in cells of each group after UV damage and drug intervention were detected by Elisa kits.Results:The intervention of Talon Smart Pro-Xylane could increase the activity of HaCaT cells after UVB induced oxidative stress,significantly reduce the content of ROS in cells,and increase the activity of SOD and CAT.Conclusion:Talon Smart Pro-Xylane can reduce the UV damage by enhancing the anti oxidative stress ability of cells,and has a good protective effect on HaCaT cells after UVB induced oxidative damage.
