柚子皮资源化利用制备天然柚子皮洗发液的研究

摘　　要：本实验采用蒸馏法提取柚子皮精华液及利用水解法提取皂角液等天然成分制得天然柚子皮洗发液。通过探究洗发液配方对产品pH值、起泡能力及去污力的影响。最终得到洗发液中原材料的配方为柚子皮∶皂角∶无患子∶侧柏叶为32%、32%、32%、4%。同时通过对原材料浓缩液的浓度探究添加合适的活性成分得出较优的混合比值。产品性能优良且成本较低,泡沫细腻和香气效果好。通过测试不同发质人群得出本产品对不同发质人群的作用效果。In this experiment,the distillation method was used to extract pomelo peel liquid and the hydrolysis method was used to extract saponins liquid and other natural ingredients to make natural pomelo peel shampoo.The influence of shampoo formula on pH value,foaming ability and decontamination was investigated.The formula of the raw material in the shampoo is pomelo peel∶soap horn∶Shiraz∶Platycladus orientalis leaves for 32%,32%,32%,4%.At the same time,the optimum mixing ratio was obtained by adding the most suitable active ingredient to the concentration of raw material concentrate.The product has good performance and low cost,fine foam and good aroma effect.The effect of this product on different hair groups was obtained by testing different hair groups.
