摘 要:PDRN是一种在国外广泛应用于医药、医疗器械的活性成分,具有抗炎、去红和抗衰老修复等功效。但由于其较大的分子量,透皮吸收困难,限制了其用于化妆品行业的功效发挥。纳晶微针导入技术可增强功效成分透皮吸收,但仍存在皮肤刺激性问题。本研究采用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管试验和斑马鱼胚胎实验,评估并筛选不同原料和配方体系的温和性,成功开发出PDRN精华液配方。人体自我刺激性评估和人体功效测试结果证实了配方的温和性和功效性。本研究为开发温和型与纳晶微针联合使用的精华液配方提供了参考,同时为PDRN在护肤品中的应用提供了新方法。PDRN is a widely used ingredient in pharmaceuticals and medical devices abroad,with anti-inflammatory,redness-reducing,and anti-aging repair effects.However,due to its large molecular weight,it is difficult for PDRN to penetrate the skin,limiting its effectiveness in the cosmetics industry.Nanocrystal microneedle technology can enhance the transdermal absorption of active ingredients but may cause skin irritation.This study employed chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane vascular assay and zebrafish embryo experiments to evaluate and screen the mildness of various raw materials and formulation systems,successfully developing a PDRN essence formulation.Consumer irritation assessments and human efficacy tests confirmed the mildness and effectiveness of the formulation.This research provides a reference for the development of mild essence formulations for use in conjunction with nanocrystal microneedles and offers a new approach for the application of PDRN in skincare products.
