单活性中心催化剂制备聚烯烃蜡研究进展

摘　　要：聚烯烃蜡指分子量在10000以下的聚烯烃,是一种重要的化工原料,具有广泛的用途。聚合法得到的聚烯烃蜡产品更容易调控,而使用单活性中心催化剂制备得到的聚烯烃蜡分子量分布窄,结晶度高,还可以制备共聚单体含量较高、分布均匀的聚烯烃共聚蜡。本文简要介绍了用于制备聚烯烃蜡的单活性中心催化剂,包括茂金属聚烯烃催化剂和非茂、后过渡金属催化剂。Polyolefin wax,which refers to polyolefin with molecular weight below 10000,is an important industrial chemical with extensive use.The polyolefin wax obtained by polymerization is easier to control.The polyolefin wax prepared by single site catalysts has narrow distribution of molecular weight,and single site catalysts can prepare polyolefin copolymer wax with high comonomer content and uniform distribution as well.The single site catalysts for preparing polyolefin wax,including metallocene catalysts,non-metallocene catalysts and late transition catalysts are briefly introduced.
