发样在生物材料检验中的研究进展

摘　　要：头发作为一种性质稳定、易采集、易于贮存和运输的样品,在生物材料检验中得到广泛应用。本文首先介绍了头发的结构与其作为检验标志物的相关机制,接着介绍了发样在生物材料检验中的具体应用以及发样分析中存在的影响因素,最后对发样在生物材料检验中的研究进行展望,希望发样能够应用于大规模检测分析。发样不同于尿样与血样,能够反映较长时间段里的人体暴露指标,可用于毒品、元素、药物、环境毒物等的检测,对于法庭判案、环境安全控制、医院治疗等都具有重要意义。As a stable sample,easy to collect,store and transport,hair is widely used in the examination of biological materials.This paper first introduces the structure of hair and its related mechanism as a test marker,then introduces the specific application of hair samples in the test of biological materials and the influencing factors in the analysis of hair samples,and finally looks forward to the research of hair samples in the test of biological materials,hoping that hair samples can be used in large-scale detection and analysis.Different from urine and blood samples,hair samples can reflect human exposure indicators over a long period of time,and can be used for the detection of drugs,elements,drugs and environmental toxicants,which is of great significance for court judgment,environmental safety control and hospital treatment.
