摘  要:液化天然气(LNG)接收站低压外输管道是站内核心主工艺管道之一,在启用工艺区前需对其进行预冷。在预冷前,需对预冷方案进行论证以保证预冷操作的可靠性、安全性和经济性。针对LNG低压外输管道氮气预冷方案提出了基于三维流体仿真的定量优化方法,实现了大尺度、长时间预冷瞬态温流场的精确模拟,为预冷关键参数的确定及预冷效果的预测提供了理论依据。同时,与实际预冷液氮用量对比表明三维数值模拟是一种较好的预冷方案优化方法,具有良好的推广应用价值。The low pressure send-out pipeline is one of the core process pipelines in a liquefied natural gas(LNG)receiving terminal,which should be pre-cooled before the process area commissioning.It is necessary to make a detailed pre-cooling plan to ensure reliability,safety and economic advisability.The 3D fluid simulation is proposed as a quantitative optimization method for the cryogenic pipelines’pre-cooling.The large-scale,long-time flow field simulation can be used to determine the key parameters of pre-cooling,such as cryogenic nitrogen injection positions,nitrogen flow rate,nitrogen temperature,etc.With the comparison of the actual operating data,the simulation is recommended as an effective method for the pre-cooling plan optimization,which is worth promoting.
