摘　　要：预试车作为海外化工装置EPC项目施工安装与试车的中间环节,根据业主方的装置试车与开车的总体计划,合理有序地组织预试车和系统完工交付工作,对于高标准完成机械竣工,及早交付试车团队开展试车工作,实现装置一次开车成功,起着重要的作用。由于预试车缺少统一的标准规范,本文比较了国内、国外预试车的概念与区别,对国际上采用的预试车组织与交工模式进行简要介绍,结合实践案例,总结了预试车实施的注意事项,对海外和国内的项目执行有一定参考意义。Pre-commissioning phase is critical part between construction and commissioning for oversea EPC(Engineering,Procurement,Construction)projects.Based on owner’s commissioning and start-up schedule,to develop well-organized pre-commissioning procedures and system handover procedures will support achieve project mechanical completion,as well as commence commissioning activities earlier and ensure plant initial start-up successfully.Currently due to lack of common standard and specifications in oversea projects,this article compares the definition and work scope of pre-commissioing in domestic and oversea projects and introduces the method of pre-commissioning organization and system handover taken in oversea projects and also highlight key factors during execution,which is hoped to provide certain reference for execution of oversea projects.
