摘  要:针对传统N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)合成革废水的处理方法,提出了对DMF废水采用低温萃取+精馏+活性炭吸附+热解析的综合处理的方法。即先用DMF在氯仿中提取低沸点的废水,再通过萃取剂与DMF的精细分离,最后,经萃取液残液吸附工艺提取,废水中DMF的含量达到国家排放标准。同时对100万吨/年DMF合成革废水,进行了相应的工程设计与PROII模拟,工艺流程涉及预处理、萃取、精馏、吸附等工段。According to the traditional treatment method of N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)synthetic leather wastewater,a comprehensive treatment method of low temperature extraction+rectification+activated carbon adsorption+thermal analysis was proposed.Firstly,DMF was used to extract the wastewater with low boiling point from chloroform,and then the extraction agent was fine-separated from DMF.Finally,the extraction was carried out through the extraction liquid residue adsorption process,and the content of DMF in the wastewater reached the national discharge standard.At the same time,the engineering design and PROII simulation of 1 million tons/year DMF synthetic leather waste water were carried out.The process flow involved pretreatment,extraction,distillation,adsorption and other sections.
