摘 要:机械法制备的复合管在使用温度达到某临界值时内管会发生反向屈服或出现分层失效,但该临界使用温度理论上却难以确定。本文完成了复合管在温度载荷下内部残余接触压力的实验研究,确定了复合管的反向屈服和内外管分层的临界温度。结果表明复合管的内管和外管存在明显的温差,加热温度越高,内管和外管之间的温差越大。当加热温度高于130℃时,复合管发生反向压缩屈服,且内部残余接触压力开始衰减,当加热温度达到一定临界值并冷却至常温时复合管发生分层。同时发现理论计算的复合管内管发生屈服的最高使用温度要比实际值高,对复合管的安全使用不利,应引起注意。The clad pipe manufacted by mechanical method will yield reversely or delaminate under the effect of critical service temperature,but this critical service temperatures are difficult to determine theoretically.The experimental study on the internal residual contact pressure of clad pipes under temperature load was completed,and the reverse yield of the clad pipes and the critical temperature for the delamination of the inner and outer pipes were determined.The results show that there is an obvious temperature difference between the inner pipe and the outer pipe of the clad pipe.The higher the heating temperature is,the greater the temperature difference between the inner tube and the outer tube is.When the heating temperature is higher than 130℃,the clad pipes are subject to reverse compression yielding,and the internal residual contact pressure began to decay.When the heating temperature reaches a certain critical value and is cooled to normal temperature,the clad pipe will delaminate.At the same time,it is found that the theoretical calculation of the maximum use temperature for yielding of the inner pipe of the clad pipe is higher than the actual value,which is unfavorable to the safe use of the clad pipe and should be noted.
