摘 要:垃圾焚烧飞灰高温熔融玻璃化可以实现飞灰的无害化、资源化、减容化处理和稳定化处置,即在高温下将飞灰中的无机成分熔融,冷却后形成玻璃质或者类似于玻璃的物质。本论文以某生活垃圾焚烧飞灰为研究对象,开展垃圾焚烧飞灰玻璃化的研究,探究添加剂、冷却方式及热处理条件对飞灰玻璃化的影响规律。结果表明:通过调整飞灰中CaO、SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、B_(2)O_(3)的相对比例可有效降低熔融温度形成玻璃体,采用水淬冷却有利于形成玻璃相,提高熔融温度和延长熔融时间可提高玻璃化程度,所得玻璃固化体各项物化指标优良,浸出毒性符合无害化处理的要求。本研究为垃圾焚烧飞灰高温熔融的工业化应用提供了基础。High temperature melting vitrification of MSW incineration fly ash can realize harmless,resource utilization,volume reduction and stabilization of fly ash,that is,the inorganic components in fly ash are melted at high temperature and cooled to form glassy or glass-like substances.This paper takes a municipal solid waste incineration fly ash as the research object,carries out the research on the vitrification of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash,and explores the effects of additives,cooling methods and heat treatment conditions on the vitrification of fly ash.The results show that the glass body can be effectively generated by adjusting the relative ratio of CaO,SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3) and B_(2)O_(3) in fly ash,the glass phase can be formed by water quenching,and the glass transition degree can be improved by increasing the melting temperature and prolonging the melting time.The physical and chemical indexes of the glass solidified body are good,and the leaching toxicity meets the requirements of harmless treatment.This study provides a basis for the industrial application of high temperature melting of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash.
