摘 要:设计了一个氧化还原法制备纳米酶,并进一步将其应用于传感的本科生分析化学综合设计实验。首先,采用了一种简便、温和、一锅煮的方法制备了复合金属纳米酶(Cu/Au/Pt NPs);随后对其大小、形貌及拟酶催化性能进行了表征;最后利用其催化性能实现了对双氧水与葡萄糖的检测应用。本实验通过纳米酶的制备、表征及其分析应用,可以锻炼、激发学生自主学习的内在动力,培养学生理性思维、团队协作和综合实践能力。The nanoenzyme was fabricated by a redox method and applied for sensing,which was introduced to comprehensive design experiments of analytical chemistry for undergraduate students.Firstly,a simple,mild and one-pot way was used to prepare composite metal nano enzyme(Cu/Au/Pt NPs).Then,the features of Cu/Au/Pt NPs were systematically characterized including size,morphology and enzyme-like catalytic activity.Finally,detection of hydrogen peroxide and glucose were performed based on the catalytic performance.Through this experiment,it would make sense to exercise and stimulate the internal motivation of students'independent learning,and cultivate students'rational thinking,teamwork and comprehensive practical ability.
