摘  要:采用四种不同的生物质按一定的比例掺杂在混煤中,进行脱硝实验测定NO_(x)的排放量,将脱硝效果最好的生物质掺杂改性二氧化钛与混煤混匀后进行脱硝实验,对比掺杂前后的脱硝效果。并找出最佳的生物质量和改性二氧化钛量,对其进行混煤在燃烧前进行微波辅助双氧水和冰乙酸脱硫处理提高脱硝的效率,进行XRF分析和热重分析,结果表明,茶叶作为生物质,混煤比例1∶5,含硫量1.83%并掺杂混煤比例3/10的生物质和煤样重量4%的改性二氧化钛时脱硝效率高达65.8%。掺杂改变了混煤的燃烧特性,生物质的挥发分含量越高,生物质掺杂比例越高,脱硝效率越好,但掺杂比例过高会对燃烧起到一定的抑制作用;改性二氧化硅中的Zr元素提高了催化剂的催化效率;不同比例的混煤掺杂生物质后脱硝效率均在68%以上,具有很好的煤种适应性。There are four different kinds of biomass doped in a certain proportion in the mixed coal,and there are many advantages of denitrification experiment to determine the discharge of NO_(x) characteristics of denitrification.The denitrification experiment is carried out after the biomass modified titanium dioxide with the best denitrification effect is mixed with the mixed coal,and the denitrification effect before and after doping is compared.The optimal biomass and the amount of modified titanium dioxide were found out,and the coal mixture was treated with microwave assisted desulfurization of hydrogen peroxide and glacial acetic acid before combustion to improve the denitration efficiency.XRF analysis and thermogravimetric analysis were carried out.The results showed that tea as biomass,the ratio of coal mixture was 1∶5.When the sulfur content is 1.83% and the biomass with coal mixture ratio of 3/10 and the modified titanium dioxide with coal sample weight of 4%are mixed,the denitrification efficiency is as high as 65.8%.Doping changes the combustion characteristics of blended coal.The higher the volatile content of biomass,the higher the doping ratio of biomass,the better the denitration efficiency,but the doping ratio is too high will play a certain inhibitory effect on combustion;The modification of Zr in silica improves the catalytic efficiency.The denitration efficiency of different proportions of mixed coal doped with biomass is above 68%,which has good adaptability of coal species.
