摘 要:采用热活化过硫酸钾降解亚甲基蓝,探究了体系的反应温度、KPS投量、初始pH和反应时间对亚甲基蓝的影响,以COD、亚甲基蓝浓度考察降解效果。实验结果表明在反应温度为70℃、KPS投量1.0 g/L、体系pH值2.0、反应时间为30 min的条件下,体系亚甲基蓝和COD的去除率分别为99.21%、93.82%。正交实验结果表明,体系影响亚甲基蓝降解效率的反应条件的主次顺序为反应温度、反应时间、KPS投量、初始pH。Heat-activated potassium persulfate was used to decompose methylene blue.The effects of reaction temperature,KPS dosage,initial pH and reaction time on methylene blue were investigated.The effect of COD and methylene blue on the degradation of methylene blue was investigated.The experimental results showed that the removal rates of methylene blue and COD were 99.21% and 93.82% under the conditions of reaction temperature of 70℃,KPS dosage of 1.0 g/L,pH value of system 2.0,and reaction time of 30 min.Orthogonal experimental results show that the order of reaction conditions affecting the degradation efficiency of methylene blue is reaction temperature,reaction time,KPS dosage and initial pH.
