摘  要:目前防毒衣、防毒帐篷等防护装备均以橡胶材料或高分子复合膜材料为主,但是橡胶材料防毒时间短且不能热合成型;高分子复合膜防毒时间较长,但是低温下僵硬,多次折叠后容易产生裂纹,防护性能下降。针对该问题,本文以氯化丁基橡胶和尼龙为主体材料,制备CIIR/PA动态硫化热塑性弹性体,分析增塑剂用量、橡塑比以及形态分布对共混材料的分散情况和防毒性能的影响,为共混材料在防护装备上的应用提供借鉴。At present,protective equipment such as anti-virus clothing and tents are mainly made of rubber materials or polymer composite membrane materials,but rubber materials have a short anti-virus time and cannot be formed by heat sealing;The anti-virus time of polymer composite membrane is long,but it is stiff at low temperature,and it is easy to crack after being folded for many times,so the protective performance is reduced.To solve this problem,CIIR/PA dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer was prepared with chlorinated butyl rubber and nylon as the main materials in this paper.The effects of plasticizer dosage,rubber plastic ratio and morphology distribution on the dispersion and anti-virus performance of the blend were analyzed,which provided a reference for the application of the blend in protective equipment.
