摘 要:随着人类社会的快速发展,人类对能源的需求也在不断地增加,传统的石化能源由于储量的限制和其所带来的环境污染,已经不能满足人类社会绿色、健康和可持续发展的理念。作为重要的能量存储元件,锂离子电池的发展得到了广泛的关注和研究。作为锂电子电池的重要组成部分,高性能的正极材料的研究和开发已成为该领域发展的关键。层状结构的镍钴锰(NCM)三元正极材料因其高容量等优点,已成为目前的研究热点。本文通过研究镍钴锰三元正极材料领域的国内外专利申请文献,分析了该领域的专利申请趋势,归纳出在华申请授权专利的主要申请人,对国内的重点授权专利进行探讨,为相关产业及研究的发展方向提供参考。With the rapid development of human society,the demand for energy by humans is also constantly increasing,traditional petrochemical energy sources have been unable to meet idea of green,healthy,and sustainable development of human society due to reserve limitations and environmental pollution.As an important energy storage element,the development of lithium-ion batteries has gained extensive attention and research.As an important component of lithium-ion batteries,the study of high-performance positive-electrode materials has become key to the development in this field.The layered-structured nickel-cobaltmanganese(NCM)ternary positive-electrode materials have advantages such as their high capacity,having become the current research hotspot.In this study,the trends in patent application in the field were analyzed,leading to the major patentees in China,the discussion of key issued patents from domestic patentees was made,and reference was made to the development of related industries and research.
