摘 要:2022年我国啤酒废水排放量2.7亿立方米。啤酒工业废水主要含有糖、醇和其他有机物,有机物的浓度高。在“双碳”目标指引下,对于啤酒行业来说,实现双碳目标需要持续深度推进节能降耗,加快低碳化进程。在啤酒厂基于无泡膜曝气耦合生物倍增技术组建了一套处理规模为100m^(3)/d的生化反应器开展啤酒废水处理示范。相较于传统的污水处理工艺,低溶氧(DO:0.5~1.2mg/L)及高污泥浓度(MLSS:5000~6500mg/L)是两个较为典型的反应器运行条件。120天的中试验证结果表明,MABP膜曝气生物倍增反应器对啤酒废水中的COD、氨氮、总氮及总磷的平均去除率分别为75%、92.6%、73.4%及67.9%。MABP反应器始终运行高效、稳定。In 2022,China's beer wastewater discharge is 270 million cubic meters.The wastewater of beer industry mainly contains sugar,alcohol and other organics,and the concentration of organics is high.Under the guidance of the“dual carbon”goal,for the beer industry,to achieve the dual carbon goal,we need to continue to promote energy conservation and consumption reduction in depth,and accelerate the low-carbon process.A set of biochemical reactor with a treatment capacity of 100 m^(3)/d was set up in the brewery based on bubble free membrane aeration coupled with biological multiplication technology to carry out the demonstration of brewery wastewater treatment.Compared with traditional wastewater treatment process,low dissolved oxygen(DO:0.5~1.2 mg/L)and high sludge concentration(MLSS:5000~6500 mg/L)are two typical reactor operating conditions.The 120-day pilot-test showed that the average removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus in brewery wastewater by MABP membrane aeration biological multiplication reactor were 75%,92.6%,73.4% and 67.9% respectively.MABP reactor always operates efficiently and stably.
