摘　　要：生态环境损害鉴定评估工作是生态文明体制改革的重要组成部分,但目前我国生态环境损害鉴定评估工作尚处于起步阶段,部分领域参考案例较少,本文以某制毒窝点违法排污为例,分析污染物类型,围绕该事件对土壤和地下水环境造成的污染进行了损害鉴定评估,为今后类似事件的生态环境损害鉴定评估工作提供参考案例。The identification and assessment of ecological damage is an important part of the reform of the ecological civilization system.However,appraisal and assessment of ecological environmental damage is still at its infancy in some fields.In this paper,the illegal discharge of a drug production facility is taken as an example,the types of pollutants are analyzed,and the damage of soil and groundwater environment caused by the reform event is identified,providing reference cases for the ecological environmental damage assessment of similar events in the future.
