摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定双辛鼻窦炎颗粒中黄芩苷、芍药苷、绿原酸和马钱苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5 C18(125 mm×4.0 mm,5μm),柱温:30℃,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min,进样体积为10μL;检测波长:230 nm(芍药苷)、236 nm(马钱苷)、280 nm(黄芩苷)、327 nm(绿原酸);结果:黄芩苷、芍药苷、绿原酸和马钱苷分别在相应浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r>0.999);黄芩苷、芍药苷、绿原酸、马钱苷平均加样回收率分别为101.15%、98.45%、97.20%、98.50%,RSD分别为0.86%、1.45%、1.20%、1.05%。结论:该方法准确、快速、简便,可用于双辛鼻窦炎颗粒的质量控制及后续质量标准的提高。Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of baicalin,paeoniflorin,chlorogenic acid and loganin in Shuangxin Bidouyan Granules.Methods:The chromatographic column was Kromasil 100-5 C18(125 mm×4.0 mm,5μm),the column temperature was 30℃,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution,and the gradient elution was used.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the injection volume was 10μL.The detection wavelength was 230 nm for paeoniflorin,236 nm for loganin,280 nm for baicalin and 327 nm for chlorogenic acid.Results:baicalin,paeoniflorin,chlorogenic acid and loganin showed a good linear relationship in the corresponding concentration range(r>0.999).The average recoveries of baicalin,paeoniflorin,chlorogenic acid and loganin were 101.15%,98.45%,97.20%,and 98.50%.The RSDs were 0.86%,1.45%,1.20%and 1.05%,respectively.Conclusion:The established method was simple,rapid,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Shuangxin Bidouyan Granules and improvement of subsequent quality standards.
