摘 要:针对大型螺栓的疲劳寿命预测问题,以35CrMo钢螺栓为研究对象,提出以应力集中系数为等效损伤参量的螺栓模拟构件模型,并进一步考虑疲劳综合修正系数,预测服役螺栓的疲劳寿命。研究结果表明:随着公称直径、螺纹圈数和牙底圆角的增加,螺纹应力集中系数呈现下降趋势,而螺距的增加使得应力集中系数逐渐增大;模拟构件的螺纹缺口模型与圆环缺口模型的应力集中系数差异很小,计算分析时可用圆环缺口模型代替螺纹缺口模型;综合修正系数方法预测的螺栓疲劳寿命曲线与有限元模拟的结果基本一致,验证了本研究所提出的基于模拟构件的疲劳寿命预测方法具有较高准确性及较好适用性。For solving the problem of fatigue life prediction on large-scale bolt,35CrMo steel bolt was selected as the research object,and a simulated bolt component was proposed by the stress concentration factor as equivalent damage parameter.Then fatigue life of service bolt was estimated based on the fatigue comprehensive correction factor.The results show the factor of stress concentration takes a drop trend with the increase of nominal diameter,screw number and bottom corner,while the increase of screw pitch makes stress concentration factor gradually rise.For equivalent models of screw thread and circular notch,the stress concentration factors are basically the same,and so the model of circular notch can be applied to replace the screw thread model in calculation and analysis.The curves of fatigue life obtained by comprehensive coefficient method and finite element simulation are in good agreement.This verifies the fatigue life prediction method based on simulated component proposed in this research has the higher accuracy and applicability.
