摘　　要：特发性室性期前收缩(IPVC)是临床上常见的心律失常,对于它的发病机制、诊断、治疗和管理仍存在诸多未知。本文全面回顾IPVC的基础研究、临床特征及治疗方式,尤其对近年来IPVC的电生理标测和导管消融技术的最新进展进行总结,分析每种IPVC消融技术的潜在优缺点,以期为临床工作提供帮助。Idiopathic premature ventricular contraction(IPVC)is a common arrhythmia in clinical practice,and there are still many unknowns about its pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment,and management.This article comprehensively reviews the basic research,clinical features,treatment methods of IPVC,especially summarizes the latest developments in IPVC electrophysiological mapping and technology of catheter ablation.The potential advantages and disadvantages of each IPVC ablation technology will be analyzed to provide helpful information for clinical work.
