摘　　要：全过程人民民主是人类文明新形态在政治方面的具体展现,是新时代我国发展社会主义民主政治的理论遵循和路径指南。坚持以马克思主义民主观的历史维度和阶级维度分析方法,从新民主主义革命、社会主义革命和社会主义建设、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期、中国特色社会主义新时代四个历史时期探索全过程人民民主形成的理论渊源。从中国民主政治的实际阐述全过程人民民主全方位保证人民的民主权利、实现民主和集中的统一、符合中国国情的显著优势,可以更好地理清我国民主脉络、迸发我国民主活力、助力我国民主实践。The whole-process people’s democracy is a concrete manifestation of the new form of human civilization in politics and a theoretical guideline and path for China to develop socialist democracy in the new era.Upholding the Marxist concept of the historical dimension and class dimension analysis method,this paper explores the theoretical origin of the whole-process people’s democracy from the four historical periods of the new democratic revolution,socialist revolution and construction,the reform and opening-up and the socialist modernization building,and the new era of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.The significant advantages of the whole-process people’s democracy are expounded given China’s democratic and political practices,which include all-round guarantee of people’s democratic rights,the achievement of unity between democracy and centralism,and its conformity to China’s particular conditions.Such analysis can help us better clarify the outlines of China’s democracy,get our national democratic vigor into better play and contribute to our nation’s democratic practice.
