摘  要:为了验证复合微生物肥料在温室黄瓜上的应用效果,在呼和浩特市赛罕区金河镇开展田间试验,研究了施用复合微生物肥料对温室黄瓜商品性状、品质性状及产量性状的影响。结果表明:施用复合微生物肥料600 kg/hm^(2)+掺混肥(17-17-17)1 200 kg/hm^(2)+尿素750 kg/hm^(2)黄瓜霜霉病病情指数降低3.6~5.6,降幅为35.29%~45.90%;黄瓜果实维生素C含量增加17.97%~19.78%;黄瓜总产量增加11.62%~15.62%。方差分析结果表明,施用复合微生物肥料处理与施用基质对照、常规施肥对照之间黄瓜产量差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),说明复合微生物肥料可极显著提高黄瓜产量。In order to verify the application effect of compound microbial fertilizer on cucumber in greenhouse,a field experiment was conducted in Jinhe Town,Saihan District,Hohhot to study the effect of compound microbial fertilizer on commodity characters,quality characters and yield characters of cucumber in greenhouse.The results showed that under the application of compound microbial fertilizer 600 kg/hm2+mixed fertilizer(17-17-17)1200 kg/hm2+urea 750 kg/hm2,the disease index of cucumber downy mildew disease decreased by 3.6-5.6(35.29%-45.90%).The content of vitamin C in cucumber fruit increased by 17.97%-19.78%.The total yield of cucumber increased by 11.62%-15.62%.The variance analysis showed that the yield of cucumber treated with compound microbial fertilizer was significantly different from that of substrate fertilizer control and conventional fertilizer control(P<0.01).The results showed that the compound microbial fertilizer could significantly increase the yield of cucumber.
