摘  要:为了筛选出对魔芋软腐病防效较好的绿色防控方式,为魔芋软腐病绿色防控和魔芋生态安全栽培提供参考,本研究选用EM菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、寡雄腐霉菌、汰腐净+魔芋灵、百沃硒和钙镁硼肥等进行魔芋软腐病田间防治试验。结果表明:用EM菌水剂200倍液灌根和喷施百沃硒水剂(喷施肥)500倍液2个处理对魔芋软腐病的防治效果均较好,植株生长良好,发病率较低;喷施钙镁硼肥水剂1 000倍液处理防治效果次之。综上可知,EM菌水剂、百沃硒水剂(喷施肥)和钙镁硼肥水剂用于魔芋软腐病绿色防控,效果较好。In order to screen out effective green prevention and control methods for konjac soft rot and provide references for green prevention and control of konjac soft rot and ecological safety cultivation of konjac,this study conducted field control experiments on konjac soft rot using EM bacteria,Bacillus subtilis,Pythium oligandrum,Taifujing+Moyuling,Baiwo selenium and Ca-Mg-B mixed fertilizer.The results showed that the two treatments of root irrigation with EM bacteria AS 200 times and spraying with Baiwo selenium AS(spray type fertilizer)500 times had good control effects on konjac soft rot,with good plant growth and low incidence rate;followed by the treatment of spraying with Ca-Mg-B mixed fertilizer AS 1000 times.In summary,it can be seen that EM bacteria AS,Baiwo selenium AS(spray type fertilizer),and Ca-Mg-B mixed fertilize AS have good control effects in preventing and controlling konjac soft rot.
