摘  要:玉米茎基腐病是一种以真菌侵染为主的病害,在我国玉米产区普遍发生。玉米是典型的高产作物,是人们赖以生存的粮、饲、工业原料,在食品、医疗以及化工等行业中起到重要作用。由于种植模式、地理位置以及气候环境等因素的影响,各地区玉米茎基腐病表现出逐年加重发生的趋势,严重影响了玉米产量,并且给种植户造成了极大的经济损失。本文从玉米茎基腐病的病原菌种类与优势致病菌、侵染过程、致病力、致病机理、生物学特性以及玉米抗病性鉴定等方面阐述了国内玉米茎基腐病研究进展,并提出了玉米茎基腐病综合防治策略。Maize stalk rot is a disease mainly caused by fungal infection,which commonly occurs in maize producing areas in our country.Maize is a typical high-yield crop,which is the food,feed and industrial raw materials that people rely on for survival.It plays an important role in industries such as food,medical treatment and chemical industry.Due to the influence of factors such as planting mode,geographical location and climate environment,the occurrence of maize stalk rot in various regions has shown a trend of increasing year by year,which seriously affects maize yield and cause significant economic losses to farmers.This paper expounded the research progress of maize stalk rot in China from the aspects of pathogen types and dominant pathogens,infection process,pathogenicity,pathogenesis,biological characte-ristics,and identification of maize disease resistance,and proposed comprehensive control strategies for maize stalk rot.
