摘　　要：目的 评价北京市H区肿瘤专科医联体的化疗规范化诊疗效果。方法 以《北京市肿瘤化疗督查考核标准》为检查标准,采用专家现场检查病历的形式,评审2016—2020年H区12家医院共计502份首次肿瘤化疗的出院病历。结果 五年间规范化评分不断上升,不同级别医院在肿瘤化疗管理规范方面得分有差异,三级医院优于二级医院;不同类别科室的临床规范得分有差异,肿瘤科/内科优于非肿瘤科/外科。结论 H区肿瘤专科医联体的化疗规范化诊疗工作取得了一定成效。Objective To evaluate the effect of standardized diagnosis and treatment of chemotherapy in the tumor medical consortium in the H district of Beijing. Methods Based on the "Standards for Supervision and Assessment of Cancer Chemotherapy in Beijing", a total of 502 medical records discharged from 12 hospitals in H District from 2016 to 2020 were reviewed by experts in the form of on-site examination of medical records. Results In the past five years, the standardized score has been rising. The scores of different levels of hospitals in tumor chemotherapy management norms were different, and the third-level hospitals had higher scores than the second-level hospitals. The scores of clinical norms of different departments were different, and oncology/internal medicine departments were better than non-oncology/surgery departments. Conclusion The standardized diagnosis and treatment of chemotherapy in the medical consortium of tumor specialty in H district has achieved certain results.
