摘　　要：目的 整合技术接受模型和感知风险理论,探讨医生使用智能语音录入系统的使用意愿及影响因素。方法 在北京某三甲医院选取250名医生发放调研智能语音录入系统使用情况的电子问卷。结果 在智能语音录入系统的使用中,感知有用性和个人创新对使用意愿有显著正向影响,感知风险对使用意愿有显著负向影响,感知易用性对使用意愿影响不显著,使用同类系统经验对使用意愿有显著调节作用。结论 在智能语音录入系统的建设和推广应用中,应深挖医生诊疗需求,解决出诊效率痛点;重视创新群体,拓展应用范围;落实安全规定,确保患者隐私和信息安全;发掘有经验医生,促进经验累积。Objective To integrate the technology acceptance model and perceived risk theory, and explore the willingness of doctors to use intelligent voice recognition system and its influencing factors. Methods 250 doctors were selected from a Grade-A tertiary hospital in Beijing to issue an electronic questionnaire to investigate the use of intelligent voice recognition system. Results In the use of intelligent voice recognition system, perceived usefulness and personal innovation had a significant positive impact on the willingness to use. Perceived risk had a significant negative impact on the willingness to use. Perceived ease of use had no significant impact on the willingness to use, and the experience of using similar systems had a significant regulatory effect on the willingness to use. Conclusion In the construction, popularization and application of intelligent voice recognition system, we should dig deep into the doctors' diagnosis and treatment needs and solve the pain point of visiting efficiency. Innovative groups should be paid attention to and the scope of application should be expanded;Safety regulations should be implemented to ensure patient privacy and information security;Experienced doctors should be developed to promote the accumulation of experience.
