摘　　要：病案信息是医院的重要信息资料,加强病案信息利用可对患者的诊疗效果及预后进行评价,有效提高医院的医疗质量和综合管理水平。本文着力研究病案信息数据挖掘的应用与实践,对病案信息管理和数据挖掘技术相关内容进行分析,探讨数据挖掘技术在病案信息提取与分析中的应用,结合关联规则的数据挖掘分析肝癌患者复发影响因素,探讨其应用效果,为病案信息挖掘与有效利用提供参考。Medical records information is the important information of the hospital. Strengthening the utilization of medical records information can evaluate the diagnosis and treatment effect and prognosis of patients, and effectively improve the medical quality and comprehensive management level of the hospital. This paper focused on the application and practice of data mining of medical records information, analyzed the related contents of medical records information management and data mining technology, discussed the application of data mining technology in the extraction and analysis of medical record information, analyzed the influencing factors of recurrence of liver cancer patients by combining data mining of association rules, and discussed its application effect, so as to provide reference for medical record information mining and effective utilization.
