乡村振兴背景下农村养老服务参与意愿及影响因素分析——基于广西的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:以农村社会力量即我国有劳动能力的农村公民为研究对象,调查农村社会力量参与养老服务的意愿并分析其影响因素.方法:通过随机抽样和方便抽样方法,在广西抽取了1 200名农村公民进行问卷调查,采用安德森模型,构建“养老服务参与意愿分析框架”,运用二元Logistics回归模型分析社会力量参与养老服务意愿的影响因素.结果:58.7%的被调查者愿意参与到养老服务中,积分养老能激发农村公民个体的参与热情,养老积分也能有效提高老年群体的养老应对力.预置因素中只有年龄显著影响着参与意愿,年龄越小参与养老服务的意愿越高.个人经济收入和家庭养老状况对养老服务参与意愿没有表现出显著差异.结论:需求因素中的养老服务需求度和养老服务获得难易程度对参与意愿产生显著影响.农村社会力量不愿意参与养老服务的主观解释表明,法律不健全、不信任和怕惹事等成为首要考虑因素.该文还提出了构建积分养老服务模式并完善养老服务体系建议.Objective To investigate the willingness of social forces to participate in the elderly care service and analyze the influencing factors.Methods By random sampling and convenient sampling,1200 citizens in Guangxi were selected for questionnaire survey.Results 58.7%of the respondents were willing to participate in the elderly care service.Integral pension can stimulate the enthusiasm of the participation of individual citizens,and it can also effectively improve the elderly's coping ability.Among the preset factors,only age significantly affects the willingness of participation,and the younger the age,the higher the willingness to participate in pension services.There is no significant difference between individual economic income and family pension status on the willingness to participate in pension services.The degree of demand for pension services and the difficulty of obtaining pension services have a significant impact on the willingness of participation.The subjective explanation of social forces'unwillingness to participate in the elderly care service shows that imperfect laws,mistrust and fear of causing troubles are the primary factors to be considered.Conclusion Providing comprehensive legal protection for the elderly service providers;encourage young people to become the main force of elderly care services;encourage youth voluntary service association to participate in elderly care services;build the integral elderly care service model and improve the elderly care service system.
