摘 要:文中提出一种带陷波零点的新型超宽带(UWB)带通滤波器(BPF)结构,该结构由高阻抗线部分和低阻抗线接地部分串联,后并联到50Ω馈线上形成。利用阻抗匹配的思想,验证了高低阻抗接地结构可以产生超宽带带通特性。调节低阻抗线的阻抗可以灵活地调节低频段截止频率,通过在50Ω馈线上引入马刺线结构后,对高频段截止频率也进行了灵活调节,实现了超宽带BPF的灵活设计。将单接地孔结构转化为对称双接地孔结构后,产生了带内陷波零点,通过调节接地孔直径的大小,陷波零点的调节范围达到了3.8 GHz。通过HFSS建模设计了一款中心频率为8 GHz、相对带宽为150%,陷波零点在8 GHz的超宽带BPF。仿真结果表明,插入损耗<0.5 dB,陷波深度达到了-22 dB,上下边沿衰减斜率分别为25 dB/GHz和21 dB/GHz,具有良好的滤波特性,验证了提出结构的可行性,并且整体尺寸仅为13 mm×12 mm,满足小型化要求。A novel ultra⁃wideband(UWB)bandpass filter(BPF)structure with notch zero is proposed.The structure is formed by the high impedance line part and the low impedance line grounding part in series,and then connected in parallel to the 50Ωfeeder.According to the idea of impedance matching,it is verified that the high and low impedance grounding structures can produce UWB bandpass characteristics.Adjusting the impedance of the low impedance line can flexibly adjust the cutoff frequency in the low frequency band.By introducing the spur line structure on the 50Ωfeeder,the cutoff frequency in the high frequency band can also be adjusted flexibly,and the flexible design of UWB BPF is realized.After the structure with single grounding pore is transformed into the structure with symmetrical double ground pores,the in⁃band notch zero is generated.By adjusting the size of the grounding aperture,the adjustment range of notch zero reaches 3.8 GHz.By HFSS modeling,an UWB BPF with center frequency of 8 GHz,relative bandwidth of 150%and notch zero of 8 GHz is designed.The simulation results show that the structure′s insertion loss is less than 0.5 dB,its notch depth is-22 dB,and its attenuation slopes at the upper and lower edges are 25 dB/GHz and 21 dB/GHz respectively.It has good filtering characteristics,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed structure.Its overall size is only 13 mm×12 mm,which can meet the requirements of miniaturization.
