摘  要:5G远程综合诊断系统是一种基于5G技术和大数据技术的全新可视化高效系统,该系统通过5G大宽带进行高清视频多方远程会诊,提升了传统医疗服务的品质。该系统对5G信号的稳定性和准确性有很高要求,为了满足这一要求,提出一种频偏估计和频偏纠正的方法。该方法能根据主同步信号(PSS)和辅同步信号(SSS)快速地计算出频率偏差,并使用该频率偏差对5G信号进行频偏纠正。仿真结果表明,该方法在算法的估计范围内能够准确估计出频偏值,并有效地降低了5G信号中的噪声和干扰,提高了5G信号质量。相比同类型的其他频偏估计算法,该算法兼顾了算法复杂度和估计结果的精度,已在5G+医疗健康应用试点项目——基于5G技术的远程综合诊断系统中得到了实际应用,且效果良好。The 5G remote integrated diagnosis system is a new visual and efficient system based on 5G technology and big data technology.This system carries out high definition video multiparty remote consultation through 5G broadband,which improves the quality of traditional medical services.The system has high requirements for the stability and accuracy of 5G signals.To meet these requirements,a method of frequency offset estimation and correction is proposed.This method can quickly calculate the frequency deviation according to the primary synchronization signal(PSS)and secondary synchronization signal(SSS),and use the frequency deviation to correct the frequency offset of the 5G signal.The simulation results show that the method can accurately estimate the frequency offset value within the estimation range of the algorithm,effectively reduce the noise and interference in 5G signal,and improve the quality of 5G signal.In comparison with other frequency offset estimation algorithms in the same type,this algorithm takes into account both the complexity of the algorithm and the accuracy of the estimation results,and has been applied in the remote integrated diagnosis system based on 5G technology(the 5G+medical health application pilot project),and the effect is good.
