摘　　要：目的探讨基于快速康复外科理念的集束化护理在冠状动脉旁路移植术围术期患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年8—12月在医院心外科就诊的冠心病的患者82例,按照组间基本资料均衡可比的原则将其分为观察组40例和对照组42例,对照组采用常规管理方式,观察组在对照组的基础上采用基于快速康复外科理念的集束化方式进行护理,比较两组患者的术后机械通气时间、入住监护室时间、住院天数、6 min步行试验(6MWT)的距离、Barthle指数评分及患者的满意度。结果干预后观察组患者术后机械通气时间、入住监护室时间、住院天数均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时观察组6MWT距离长于对照组,Barthle指数评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于快速康复外科理念的集束化护理可有效地缩短患者的住院时间、降低患者的住院费用,提高患者日常活动功能,提高患者的满意度,使患者术后能够尽快地回归家庭和社会。Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in perioperative patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods A total of 82 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in the hospital's cardiology department from August to December 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group of 40 cases and a control group of 42 cases based on the principle of balanced and comparable basic data between the groups.The control group adopts conventional management methods,while the observation group adopts a clustered nursing approach based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery on the basis of the control group.The postoperative mechanical ventilation time,stay in the monitoring room time,hospitalization days,6-minute walking test(6MWT)distance,Barthle index score,and patient satisfaction of the two groups of patients are compared.Results After intervention,the postoperative mechanical ventilation time,stay in the monitoring room time,and hospitalization days in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the 6MWT distance of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the Barthle index score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery can effectively shorten patients'hospitalization time,reduce hospitalization costs,improve their daily activity function,improve patient satisfaction,and enable patients to return to their families and society as soon as possible after surgery.
