摘 要:目的探讨思维导图联合微课堂对腰椎术后综合征(FBSS)患者自我效能及生命质量的影响。方法收集2020年1—12月收治的FBSS患者120例为研究对象。按照组间基本特征匹配的原则分成对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施思维导图联合微课堂为主的教育。对比两组FBSS患者术后疼痛、自我效能及生活质量变化。结果干预后,观察组治疗优良率、疾病知识知晓率与锻炼依从率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组VAS低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组PSE、FSE、CSE及自我效能总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组SF-36各维度评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图结合微课堂为主的教育可有效提高FBSS患者的治疗效果,同时能够减轻患者疼痛,改善腰椎功能,提高患者的自我效能及生活质量,促进病情康复。Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping combined with micro classroom on self-efficacy and quality of life in failed back surgery syndrome(FBSS)patients.Methods To collect 120 FBSS patients admitted from January to December 2020 as the research subjects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group based on the principle of matching basic features between groups,with 60 cases each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received education focused on mind mapping combined with micro classrooms to compare the changes in postoperative pain,self-efficacy,and quality of life between two groups of FBSS patients.Results After intervention,the observation group had better excellent and good rate of treatment,disease knowledge awareness rate,and exercise compliance rate than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the JOA score was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of PSE,FSE,CSE and total score of self-efficacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the each dimension scores of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mind mapping and micro classroom based education can effectively improve the treatment effect of FBSS patients,reduce pain,improve lumbar function,improve self-efficacy and quality of life,and promote recovery.
