摘 要:目的通过检索、分析和总结危重症成人患者失禁相关性皮炎资料,为其预防和管理提供最佳证据。方法在循证护理的基础上,提出相关问题,系统检索近10年国内外数据库及相关网站关于危重症成人患者失禁相关性皮炎相关的临床实践、指南、最佳证据、系统评价、专家共识,检索文献时间范围为2012年2月—2022年2月。由2名研究人员独立进行文献的质量评价,并结合主题和专业判断对证据进行提取和总结。结果根据文献纳入标准,共纳入11篇文献,其中有1篇指南、1篇系统评价、7篇证据总结和2篇专家共识,总结出20条最佳证据,包括IAD的评估和预防、失禁护理、IAD的皮肤护理方法和IAD护理人员培训与管理4个方面。结论该研究总结的最佳证据为医护人员提供证据,建议医护人员应用证据时,充分考虑患者实际情况,结合个体化差异制订干预方案,促进循证实践。Objective To provide the best evidence for its prevention and management by searching,analyzing and summarizing data on incontinence related dermatitis in critically ill adult patients.Methods Based on evidence-based nursing,relevant questions were raised,and clinical practices,guidelines,best evidence,systematic evaluations,and expert consensus related to incontinence related dermatitis in critically ill adult patients were systematically searched in domestic and foreign databases and related websites over the past 10 years.The literature search period was from February 2012 to February 2022.Two researchers independently evaluated the quality of the literature and extracted and summarized evidence based on the theme and professional judgment.Results According to the inclusion criteria,a total of 11 articles were included,including 1 guideline,1 systematic review,7 evidence summaries,and 2 expert consensus.20 best pieces of evidence were summarized,including assessment and prevention of IAD,incontinence care,skin care methods for IAD,and training and management of IAD caregivers.Conclusion The best evidence summarized in this study is to provide evidence for medical staff.It is recommended that medical staff fully consider the actual situation of patients when applying evidence,and develop intervention plans based on individual differences to promote evidence-based practice.
