摘  要:为探究螺旋槽丝锥的切削性能,采用三因素三水平正交试验方法分析了螺旋槽丝锥切削42CrMo材料时不同基材、槽型和涂层对刀具寿命的影响,通过蒙特卡罗模拟获得刀具寿命对基材、槽型和涂层的灵敏度,确定了螺旋槽丝锥寿命最高时的最优组合。试验结果表明:槽型对试验结果高度显著,涂层和基材对试验结果不显著;槽型对刀具寿命最为敏感,其灵敏度为72.1%。最佳组合为45°螺旋角、TiCN涂层和粉末冶金高速钢基材。In order to explore the cutting performance of high-speed steel taps,the influence of different substrates,geometries and coatings on tool life when cutting 42CrMo of spiral groove taps is analyzed by a three-factor three-level quadrature test method,and the sensitivity of tool life to substrates,grooves and coatings are obtained by Monte Carlo simulation,and the combination of high-speed steel tap life is determined.The test results show that the geometry is highly significant to the test result,the coating and substrate are not significant to the test result,and the tool life is the most sensitive to the groove type,and its sensitivity is 72.1%.The best combination is spiral flute angle of 45°,TiCN coating and PM high speed steel.
