摘  要:针对典型飞机结构件传统设计中存在设计复杂、重复度高、时间长等问题,提出一种基于Rete算法的规则推理(Rule-Based Reasoning,RBR)和基于改进最近邻算法的实例推理(Case-Based Reasoning,CBR)相结合的混合推理变型设计技术。通过现有设计知识建立规则库和现有规范化建模的实例建立实例库,运用Rete和改进最近邻算法,混合推理出和目标结构件相似度最大的模板实例,以CATIA为平台,采用构件的应用编程(Component Application Architecture,CAA)实现对模板实例的变型设计。此技术不仅可以提高已有设计知识的利用率,而且有效减少重复性设计,提高飞机结构件的设计效率和质量,并以悬挂接头为例验证了此技术的可行度。To solve the problems of complex design,high repetition and long time in the traditional design of typical aircraft structural parts,a rule-based reasoning(RBR)based on Rete algorithm and case-based reasoning(CBR)based on improved nearest neighbor algorithm are proposed in hybrid reasoning variant design technology.Based on the existing design knowledge to establish the rule base and the existing standardized modeling instances to establish the instance base,using Rete and improved nearest neighbor algorithm deduce the template instances with the maximum similarity to the target structural parts.Using CATIA as the platform,Component Application Architecture(CAA)is adopted to realize the variant design of template instances.This technology not only improves the utilization of existing design knowledge,but also effectively reduces repetitive design and improves the design efficiency and quality of aircraft structural parts.At the same time,the suspension joint is taken as an example to verify the feasibility of this technology.
