摘  要:GH4169镍基高温合金属于难加工材料,为模拟其粗铣加工过程的切削力,在UG软件中建立不同前角、后角以及螺旋角的平头立铣刀模型,选择合适的铣削参数,采用正交试验法在ABAQUS软件中对氮化硅陶瓷铣刀铣削GH4169镍基高温合金过程进行仿真,探讨了铣刀几何角度对铣削力的影响规律,并获得了适合粗铣加工的铣刀角度组合。结果表明,螺旋角对铣削力影响较大,进给抗力随铣刀径向前角增大而减小。Nickel-base superalloy GH4169 is a difficult-to-machined material,and the cutting force in rough milling process is simulated.In UG software,flat end milling cutter model of different tool angles are established,the appropriate milling parameters are chosen,orthogonal test method in ABAQUS software used on silicon nitride ceramic cutter milling nickel-based superalloy GH4169 is investigated process simulation,the influence law of milling force is discussed and the right combination milling cutter angle is obtained.The results show that the helix angle has great influence on the milling force,and the feed resistance decreases with the increase of radial rake angle of milling cutter.
